Help with an order
Include your order number (it is in your confirmation email) and, for a damaged or wrong item, a photo. That is usually all we need to sort it in one reply.
When we reply
Within a day. Ynot is a small independent brand run out of New Delhi, India — there is no call centre, and messages go straight to the people who make the product.
