What it costs

Delivery is free anywhere in India. The ₹599 you see is the whole price — no shipping line added at checkout, no surprise at the door.

How long it takes

• Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 working days.
• Delivery then usually takes 4 to 8 working days, depending on where you are. Metro addresses are at the quicker end.
• Ynot is made in small batches. In the rare case a scent sells out between your order and our packing bench, we will message you the same day with the choice of a swap, a wait or a full refund.

Where we ship

Across India. We do not ship internationally yet. Fragrance is restricted on air cargo, so some remote pincodes may take longer or be unreachable — if yours is one of them we will contact you and refund in full rather than leave you waiting.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email the moment you pay, and a WhatsApp message with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.

If it does not arrive

Couriers occasionally lose or delay a parcel. If tracking has not moved for 5 working days, or a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, message us with your order number. We will chase the courier and, if it cannot be found, replace or refund it. You should not have to fight a courier on your own.

At the door

Please check the parcel before you accept it. If the outer packaging is soaked or crushed, refuse it or photograph it immediately — that photo makes any claim straightforward.
