These terms cover everything you buy from getynot.in. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written in plain English on purpose — if any part is unclear, message us before you order and we will explain it.

Who you are buying from

Ynot is a mist spray brand founded and run by a student in New Delhi, India, selling directly to customers through this website. Orders, payments, packing and delivery are handled by the brand itself.

The product

• Every Ynot scent is a 100 ml mist spray, priced at ₹599 inclusive of all taxes.
• A mist spray is a light fragrance for use on skin and clothing. It is not a medicine, not a perfume concentrate, and not for consumption.
• Colours on screen and scent descriptions are our honest best effort. Fragrance is subjective and can smell slightly different on different people — that is normal and is not a defect.
• Keep bottles away from heat, flame and direct sunlight. Do not spray near the eyes. If your skin reacts, stop using it and speak to a doctor.

Orders and pricing

• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with an order number.
• Prices shown at the moment you pay are the prices that apply. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.
• We may cancel and refund an order in full if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside the area we can reach, or if we believe an order is fraudulent. If we do, we will tell you why.
• Orders are placed for personal use. For bulk or resale quantities, message us on WhatsApp first.

Payments

Payments on this site are processed by Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway. Ynot never sees or stores your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials — those go directly to Razorpay. See our privacy notice for what we do keep.

If something goes wrong

We are responsible for getting you the product you paid for, in good condition. We are not responsible for losses beyond that — for example, missing an occasion because a courier ran late. Where the law gives you rights as a consumer, nothing here takes them away.

Using this site

The Ynot name, artwork, photography and words on this site belong to the brand. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the site.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; the date at the top always says when. Indian law applies, and the courts of New Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
