Short version: we collect only what is needed to get a bottle to your door, we do not sell it, and we do not see your payment details at all.

What we collect

• When you order — your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address. We need every one of these to pack, ship and confirm your order.
• From the payment — a payment reference and the amount. Razorpay handles the payment itself and shares only whether it succeeded.
• Nothing else. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics profiles and no third-party marketing pixels on this site.

What we never see

Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password and OTP go directly to Razorpay and never touch our systems. We could not retrieve them if we wanted to.

What we do with it

• Pack and deliver your order, and contact you about that order on WhatsApp or email.
• Share your name, address and phone with the courier carrying your parcel — they need it to deliver.
• Keep a record of the sale for accounting, as the law requires.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking first.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Beyond that, ask us to delete your details and we will.

Your choices

Write to us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. One message is enough — we do not make you fill in a form.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Your browser may briefly store your order details on your own device so the confirmation page can show them to you; that never leaves your device.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details. If you are under 18, please order with a parent or guardian.
